Princes Gate

This project entailed structural works to a Regency Period building within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Conservation Area. The building is on Exhibition road, adjacent to the Natural History Museum. This tight and poorly proportioned 3 bedroom apartment did not take full advantage of the views/ It was significantly reorganized to create spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an impressive reception and adjoining terrace overlooking Exhibition Road.
